We can talk to their Live chat client my query resolving time was just 5 mins i became a fan of Hostgator from that incident .I personally recommend Hostgator to all who can afford to Pay the fees . There is also a $4 plan which offers hosting for single domain . I would strongly recommend to go for hostgator as why pay for a poor host and to save only $1 or $2 .
