I have been a customer of HostGator since 3 years. And all this time, their service has been great, in terms of site uptime and technical support. Their hosting feature offers many features which are useful not only for novice customers but also to technical persons like Web developers or programmers.

The ability to host multiple domains under 1 hosting account, unlimited email accounts, unlimited bandwidth/ mysql and one click install of popular web scripts are some of the hosting features which needs to be noteable.

Their technical support team is well educated about the products/ services offered by them and this would surely help customers in saving a lot of time and money as the issues are resolved in faster time frame.

But the only negative I would like to point out is the hosting pricing on their Advertisements. That particular pricing is applicable only for long term contracts (3 years). But thats a good marketing strategy!
