HostGator Review by Tevin Quevedo , thedailymixup.com

HostGator is a good hosting site for new and pro website owners alike but, they do lack in some areas. The process for hosting your domain name with HostGator is made easy with their simple steps signup and will have your site up and running within minutes. The control panel and features are similar to many other hosting sites that I have used before. When it comes to setting your website you can use their site builder tools that apply a template in which you can do certain fixes to. If you are fluent in HTML, CSS, and programs such as Photoshop, then you’ll be able to create a website of your own easily.

Now I have only come across to consistent problems with HostGator would be their technical support and up time. Recently the server in which my site is hosted on has gone down three times. When I contact technical support I always get the same answer of “It won’t be long, or we are so sorry to hear about this”. But this problem has already occurred three times. The second problem that I have come across is HostGators technical support. At the times that I have contact them they didn’t seem eager at all to help.

All in all I would recommend HostGator to anyone but I would advise that you check out other hosting sites before settling with HostGator. You may even find that another Hosting site that works better for you.
